WIP: Marius and Armand's Sweet Hipster Home 3

So apparently Quink ink is NOT waterproof. It's worse than 'I wish I knew that before I inked my whole damn watercolour painting with it'. I did a 32-page story in Quink a few years back, and I could have sworn it WAS waterproof. So I will give it another day before I try and lay down some colour, because as you can see there are a couple of casualties already. (Poor Daniel.) I mean, how am I going to give Marius some stonewashed jeans if I can't WASH them??

But I did get some Higgins White down, and it brings out their vampire skin very nicely. And I like how the flat is turning out. So there's that.

In conclusion: always, always, ALWAYS do some tests with your planned medium BEFORE doing fanart, no matter how excited you might be to get your idea down.
